About Us
The Linguistic Justice Collaborative’s mission is to identify, design, and sustain literacy instruction that equips culturally and linguistically diverse youth to participate in their communities through meaningful research collaborations.
Linguistic justice means valuing languages, language varieties, and promoting positive linguistic ideologies for the diverse speakers and listeners within the state of Georgia, understanding that language is connected to identities, communities, histories, and valued knowledge.
